Quest Diagnostics Cardiometabolic Center of Excellence is now recruiting for 8-10 week summer internship program.

Quest is looking for motivated individuals to join our Cardiometabolic, Endocrine and Wellness clinical segment Summer Internship Program and add value to Quest while learning about its culture and business. Throughout the internship you will:

 

  • Work on a high impact, high visibility project and present to senior leadership
  • Identify key market trends in Cardiometabolic, Endocrine and Wellness and prepare reports and business recommendations on areas to focus on
  • Assess strength and weaknesses of key players in the market
  • Rotation length: 10 weeks; 40 hours per week.
  • Number of rotations: 1
  • Networking events, training programs, presentations
  • Gain exposure to senior management through networking events and presentations

Interns will also have the opportunity to apply their background and skills gained in education to various process improvement, medical research, and health equity projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently working towards getting a Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare trends
  • Innovative thinker comfortable with ambiguity to complete tasks
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally in a matrix environment and build/maintain relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Strong PC skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
